By accessing or using roadside.market, a service operated by 5pm dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of the Platform

roadside.market provides a community map to locate and list local farmstands. You agree to use the platform in good faith:

• Do not list fake, malicious, or inappropriate locations on the map.
• Respect the honor systems and payment preferences of the individual farmstands.
• Do not scrape, abuse, or overload our API.

3. User Generated Content

By adding a farmstand to the map, you grant 5pm dev a non-exclusive license to display this information publicly. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our community standards or receives community reports for inaccuracy.

4. Limitation of Liability

roadside.market and 5pm dev are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the goods sold at the farmstands listed on our platform. Any transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
